To place a drawing title symbol

Select the Place Drawing Title tool.
In the tool settings window, key in the callout information.
Turn on Leader Line to draw a fixed length leader line. If off, the leader is a dynamic length.
Enter a data point to locate the drawing title symbol.
(Optional) Rotate the graphic to the desired direction, and enter a data point to place the dynamic leader line.

Note: Use Annotation Tool Settings to override the symbology of the callout (for example, cell, level, or color).
